My boyfriend and I spent five months looking for the perfect apartment. We met with almost every real estate agent in Greenpoint, and the only one worth working with is Sam at FlatFinders. He showed us the most well-kept, fairly priced and well-laid out apartments. He's got a great personality, too: he's respectful and listened to what we were looking for, and then kept us informed of new apartments that became available. We ended up finding a great apartment through Sam, one that far surpassed the apartments we saw through other agents and we couldn't be happier. Sam is definitely one of the best kept secrets in the Greenpoint market, and FlatFinders is the only real estate agency in Greenpoint I would highly recommend to a friend.
